Oliberté will gladly exchange or refund items with 45 days of purchase. Items must be unworn and in resellable condition. If item is received visibly worn, Oliberté has the right to refuse the return and will be returned to sender.

We DO NOT accept any returns or exchanges on FINAL SALE items.
*All Made in Ethopia products are FINAL SALE. Please be aware when placing your order.


All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Any returns without a prior RMA may be delayed or may not be accepted by our warehouses. 

How to request a Return Authorization Number:

If you have an account with Oliberté: Log into My Account – Order History – click on RETURN located next to the order you wish to return and follow the step by step directions.

If you do not have an account with us, go to and fill in the required information:

  • Order receipt number (i.e. OLI-00012345-123456-123456)

  • Email address  
If you have the following return request, please contact for assistance: Exchange for a new item (not size or color related) 

Once the return request has been reviewed by Oliberté, you will receive an Approved or Denied email notification from us with the next steps on how to return.

We offer FREE exchanges for North American customers (only Canada and Continental United States), Oliberté will cover all shipping expenses.

We are happy to hold the exchange item for up to 30 days. If you are unable to return the original item within this time frame, please contact us at

*For orders outside of the US/Canada (including non-Continental USA), we only offer returns, no exchanges. In the case of a return, customer must ship independently and include a tracking number. Email for further details if you need to request a return.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be applied to the payment method on which you made the online purchase.

Shipping fees cannot be reimbursed unless there was a fulfillment error.
