Excellent communication from customer service about delays in product availability. Bought a pair of boots a month ago. They are beautiful and well made. Unfortunately my feet are too wide. Bought masks afterwards. Arrived in reasonable time and delay due to stock out was communicated in a timely manner with options provided for alternative products. Overall great people and company.
